It starts with a single strand of handmade Sterling Silver Beads then branches into a double strand so it will wrap around your neck just right. This necklace has a total of ten stones. It features Green Turquoise, Blue Turquoise, Red Coral & Yellow Spiny Oyster. The Sterling Silver cast Naja Rainbow Man center piece measures just a little over 2 inches in diameter. Naja crescent design is believed to have been brought over by the Spanish conquistadors in the late 1500’s & early 1600’s. The actual crescent design was of Moorish influence to the Spaniards who used the design to adorn the bridals for their horses. Spiny oyster & turquoise have been found in excavations of Chaco Canyon and other prehistoric Anasazi ruins here in the Southwest.
